In my 40+ years in education, I’ve been on the side of the desk as a teacher, a parent, and an elementary school principal. I’ve observed the best educators (that includes all staff members) giving their all every day, and I’ve observed what happens when classrooms and schools are not working. So much is at stake, we need to get it right! But HOW?
Even though the world of education brings out new ideas all of the time, I have developed core understandings about teaching and learning that guide me as I sort through these ideas. I’m no longer swayed by the term “research-based” or “proven results.” What I want to see is student engagement and progress for every learner. My goal is to help parents to understand the why, what, and how of education, from my experience.

After a quarter-century immersed in the intricacies of bookkeeping and taxes, Le yearned for a change—one that would lead him to the vibrant world of education. Eager to make a direct impact on the next generation of leaders, he stepped into the classroom and found himself enchanted.
Soon, the classroom became not just a space for instruction but a canvas for Le's strategic mind to paint improvements in curriculum and instructional delivery. A decade later, with a wealth of teaching experiences, Le transitioned into the realm of technology. Today, his focus is on harmonizing the realms of business and technology at Education Fever.
In this realm, there's never a dull moment, as Le continues to champion progress and improvement, making a difference one digital step at a time.
